On this day last year we held your funeral. I hope you know that it wasn't a fitting send off. COVID restrictions limited who could attend but the roads were lined with people wearing pink who would have been there for you. I said some words at your service but they weren't enough to adequately express how much I love and miss you. You have taught, and continue to teach me so much about everything. I know that you are now across the veil looking after and guiding me. I know that you are here with me everyday. For that, I am grateful. So my little sausage dog, I won't spend today reminiscing about your funeral because, you are so much more than your passing, I will spend the day honouring you, talking about you and, of course looking at photos of you!
