On this day, Dylan and I met his Dad and Bampy in London. We were there to speak with a doctor at a private hospital in London. He had tentatively agreed to treat Dylan's cancer with a trial chemotherapy protocol not being run in the UK. Naturally, he wanted to meet with us and Dylan in person and so we decided to treat Dylan to a tour of 'Hamleys'.

Dylan was so excited and had a fantastic day. 

The doctor was also thrilled when he saw Dylan as, based on his medical records and diagnosis, he was expecting to see a child with a very poor quality of life. Instead he saw a child running around the consultation room, playing with the toys and being very articulate regarding his wants and needs!
